RIESLING - DOMAINE CAMILLE BRAUN

All great wines are unpretentiously delicious and almost everyone enjoys them with the same warmth. Riesling by Domaine Camille Braun is one such wine, made by Christophe and Chantal in Orschwihr, Alsace. In 1960, 25-year-old Camille Braun, Christophe's father, founded his winery to make quality wines, in limited production based on the region's special terroir. Christophe and his wife Chantal have been at the helm of the winery since 2005. They have been involved in organic and biodynamic cultivation since 2011 and in recent years they have been making wines with minimal or zero interventions, according to the standards of natural winemaking.

 

AM FINE ASSYRTIKO & MALAGOUZIA - ANATOLIKOS VINEYARDS 

It has been called "one of the finest and most sophisticated Greek white wines" many times. In a combination that tends to become the most classical of the Greek vineyard, Assyrtiko and Malagouzia, two flagship Greek varieties meet once again in a somewhat unequal relationship (90% Assyrtiko - 10% Malagouzia). If you consider that the fermentation takes place with indigenous wild yeast and then the blend remains for six months in French oak barrels on its fine lees, things get very interesting!

 

MUSCAT D'ALEXANDRIE NATURE - OENOS NATURE 

Forget everything you knew about Muscat. Muscat d'Alexandrie has just landed. Without sulphites or other chemical interventions, we have one great natural wine that highlights the terroir of the region and underlines the typical character of the variety.

 

NAOUSSA - DOMAINE KELESIDIS

Do you know what a Grand Cru is? It's those very specific vineyards that have been proven to produce big wines. And Naoussa of Domaine Kelesidis was born in one of them, at Yiannakochori, Naoussa. There, using organic techniques, Kelesidis family produces one of the finest Xinomavros you can come across. It joggles between modern and classic winemaking and - believe us – it is jaw dropping...

 

ONIROS - KTIMA KOURTIS

Apostolos Kourtis started working with wine in 1997 where he planted his first vineyard, in Rachi of Pieria, under the shadow of Olympus. He is constantly experimenting with Greek and foreign varieties such as Vidiano and Trebbiano. Oniros is a unique blend that includes Syrah (50%), Xinomavro (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), and Agiorgitiko (10%). Each variety is individually vinified and matures in French or American barrels for approximately 15 months. In the end, they all blend in to make a robust, dense, and uniquely complex wine.

 

REGIETERRE NERO D'AVOLA - MUSITA WINERY

The family-owned Musita winery in Salemi, Sicily creates wines with Italian temperament that reflect the warm, sunny climate and volcanic terroir of Sicily. Regieterre is from Nero d'Avola, an exuberant red grape variety with luscious cherry aromas. The wine ferments and ages in French oak barrels of 225 liters for 10 months. That way it acquires a spicy and toffee character that blends perfectly with the juicy red and black fruit.
