GlenAllachie is one of the most renowned malt whisky distilleries in Speyside, Aberlour, founded in 1967. Billy Walker, the master blender with over 50 years of experience, carefully selects the casks used for maturation, ensuring unique results.
Amontillado Sherry initially matures under the protection of “flor” (a thin layer of yeast formed inside the barrel), but then undergoes a period of maturation without it, allowing the sherry to make contact with oxygen. This process deepens the color and enhances the robustness of its flavors. The GlenAllachie 2014 Sherry Amontillado, having spent time in these casks, has become rich, more explosive, and with a rare, multi-layered character.

Intense aromas of cranberries, apricots, red berries, heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch notes, hazelnuts, and tobacco leaves.
On the palate, honeycomb, sweet cherry, dried apricots, roasted pears, orange oils, cinnamon, star anise, and macadamia nuts dominate.
