The fantastic character of Batch 5 comes from the combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, Rioja barriques, and virgin oak casks, attracting all eyes and tasters.
In our glass, we see dark mahogany color. Distinctive nose with aromas of dried fruits, vanilla, toffee, coffee beans, dark chocolate, sweet spices, and a skin sensation. In the mouth, sweet spices and nuts are balanced with hints of citrus peels and dark chocolate.
