The 35N project was envisioned by Ilias Melissourgos, with the goal of elevating Cretan tsikoudia to an international, refined status, bringing the philosophy of premium distillation to everyday traditional tsikoudia. The production process is based on 12 months of aging in carefully selected, first-fill French oak barrels.
As a result, 35N Aged Tsikoudia from Cretan Distillery has acquired aromas of butter, vanilla, and toasted hazelnuts, beautifully framed by dried apricots and orange peel notes. On the palate, these same flavors culminate in a smooth, impressive, and long-lasting finish.
