Why do we love it?

The Adoli Ghi of the Antonopoulos Vineyards has for years created a truly fanatical audience and is now a constant value in the wines of daily consumption. From the shape of the bottle to its rich aromatic and fresh character, it is one of the most recognizable and highly enjoyable wines of the Greek vineyard, and not without reason!

The vineyards are located in mountainous Achaia and the altitude of 750-900 meters, creates the ideal conditions for the perfect ripening of the grapes, but also the preservation of acidity. The fruits of low acre yields of the Lagorthi, Chardonnay, and Asproudes varieties are vinified in stainless steel tanks, with the classic white vinification and give a very elegant and cool white wine, with fresh fruit aromas and very playful acidity.

Tastes Like

It has a lemon color in the glass. It has a rich aromatic character with melon, mango, lime, and fresh pineapple dominating.

In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity that gives it a particular freshness, which is further enhanced by the aromas of mango, green apple, pineapple, melon, and kiwi. The soft minerality creates a very pleasant and refreshing sensation.

Try it with a cheese platter, lemonade zucchini stuffed with minced meat, fried cod.

The Salad of Kalymnos - Mirmizeli

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber
  • 1 medium sized eggplant
  • 1 barley rusk
  • 5-6 olives
  • 3-4 salt sardines or mackerel
  • 100 gr. Kopanisti cheese or equivalent cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Throumbi or oregano

Begin by cutting the eggplant into thick slices. Brush with some olive oil and bake in a medium heated oven until soft.

Remove the peel from the tomatoes.

Dampen the rust, lightly, and break it into chunks. In a bowl, cut tomatoes, aubergines and cucumber into even pieces.

Add olive oil, throumbi, kopanisti, according to your preference, and mix well.

Cut the fillets of the fish to 2-3 pieces, and add them to the salad. Serve the salad by garnishing with olives, a spoonful of kopanisti, and sprinkle with extra olive oil.
