Vidiano continues its impressive journey, blending with Assyrtiko, a variety rapidly gaining ground in Crete’s vineyards. This perfectly balanced blend showcases the distinct characteristics of both varieties, enhanced by a touch of oak that adds depth and complexity. Each variety was vinified separately, and the final blend completed fermentation in oak barrels, where it aged for three months.
