Vatistas family has been active for many years in the field of wine and viticulture. The family vineyards that Ioannis Vatistas planted and grew up with love, are located in the plain of Voion and on the slopes of Pantanassa, next to Monemvasia. The ideal conditions of sunshine and climate, lead to the perfect ripening of the grapes, and additionally, the region is famous for its history in wine since the historical sweet wine Malvasia came from there. Malagouzia is undoubtedly one of the most popular Greek white varieties. Its intensely aromatic and fruity character wins over even the most demanding. Knowing all the above, Maria Vatista decided to include the Cinderella of the Greek vineyard in her collection, and judging by the result, she was absolutely right! The wine fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks with its fine wine lees.
