Sauvignon Blanc vines are cultivated at 1000 meters above sea and due to the microclimate, soil, sun exposure as well as cultivation techniques (organically grown), they produce top-notch quality grapes. The slow ripening contributes to the development of intense aromas and the retaining of the variety’s naturally high acidity. Fermentation and aging in new oak barrels for 4-6 months mellow its sharp acidity and give it creamy sensation and complexity that they would envy even in Loire Valley.

Milia Tetramythos Winery has a medium lemon color. Botanical and intense nose, with aromas of grapefruit, basil, honeysuckle, peach, vanilla, butter, toast, toffee, and bergamot.

On the palate, it has a medium body, sharp acidity, and oily sensation. Lemon, citron, basil, vanilla, honey, butter, peach, lemon blossom, and fig leaves fill up your mouth in every sip.
