Vignaverde Sicilia Grillo DOC 2023 comes from the organically farmed Semperi vineyard in Marsala. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in the winery. The wine then matures for around six months in stainless-steel tanks on its fine lees, a choice that preserves the purity of the variety and allows the unique character of both grape and vineyard to shine through.
