The family tradition of 150 years continues, finding worthy successors to the persons of the fourth generation of the Markou family.
In total 200 acres vineyard in Inner Attica and Nemea,they cultivate Greek and international varieties with the main Savatiano, Assyrtiko, Malagousia and Agiorgitiko of indigenous and Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Trebbiano of international origin.
Wine expressions Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir 2012
Great title for a wine of great interest! White from the red variety Cabernet Sauvignon from select vineyards on the slopes of the mountain. The vinification by the method "blanc de noir" ( white from black) achieved by applying very light pressure on the grape berry and the immediate removal of the grape must, before the pigments in the grape skin have time to act . In this way and by following a procedure similar to the white wine it is produced this excellent white from Cabernet Sauvignon.
