Moschofilero Ypsilon Papagiannakopoulos Winery is a different version of the beloved white grape variety. What do we mean by this? Yes, it smells of jasmine, white rose and lemon blossoms but it has so many more to say. It has a botanical and lemony dimension that will conquer even those who don't like Moschofilero.
Panos Papagiannakopoulos is a young but promising winemaker. After working for years with major wineries in the country, he decided that it was about time to start his own winery and to make his own wines. So, he settled in Nemea, and his venture slowly began taking shape. While we are talking his brand-new winery is being prepared and, in a few days, it will be ready to receive guests. Panos wanted to make wines that he himself would enjoy drinking and never get bored of. Moschofilero Ypsilon is exactly that, a Moschofilero that focuses on the typicity and florality of the variety but steps on a more rigorous, botanical expression of it, with a sharp acidity that make it very enjoyable.
Try it and you'll be amazed!
