35N Cretan Distillery was founded in Rethymno by Ilias Melissourgos, taking its name from the 35th parallel that crosses the island of Crete. There, they craft their spirits using fractional discontinuous distillation in copper stills, working with a range of local and non‑local grape varieties cultivated in Cretan soil. The result is spirits rich in aroma and body, highlighting the unique character of the Cretan terroir and the exceptional quality of the grapes used in their production.
