Domaine Katsaros in Krania Olympus, the venture that began in the early 1980s by Larissa doctor Dimitris Katsaros, found a worthy follower in the face of his son Euripides, who returning from his studies of general biology in Bordeaux and oenology at the University of Burgundy, continues the family tradition. In the privately own vineyard, organic farming practices are followed in the cultivation of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Xinomavro on the slopes of Olympus, giving wines of exceptional structure and great aging potential, which are among the top restaurants in the world.
