As the name of the winery Domaine Les Enfants Sauvages states, these are irreconcilable, young winemakers who have been producing wine since 2002 in a town called Fitou, in the Cotes Catalanes region, on the French-Spanish border. Coming from Germany, Carolin and Nikolaus Bantlin fell in love with the area and bought an old estate to settle in. Biodynamic cultivation, non-pesticides, manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts and respect for the land and the environment.
