Evinos winery is a family-owned business. The family uses biological farming and the vineyards are in Spata, Keratea, and Thiva. The grape varieties they grow are Savatiano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Rouge και Cabernet Franc. They also produce Retsina.
