A family-run winery that gives voice to nature and the terroir of Oraiokastro. In the heart of Macedonia, Dimitris Kioutsoukis and his family founded Kamara Winery based on the principles of permaculture, choosing a low-intervention approach that fully respects nature. With 11 hectares of estate-owned vineyards in Oraiokastro, Thessaloniki, they cultivate Greek and international varieties such as Xinomavro, Malagousia, and Assyrtiko, crafting wines that ferment naturally, without additives or filtration.
