Rippon Vineyard is an iconic winery in Central Otago, New Zealand, with deep family roots and a pioneering approach to biodynamic viticulture. Today, fourth-generation winemaker Nick Mills an apprentice of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti has transformed Rippon into a benchmark for sustainability and terroir-driven winemaking. Practicing dry farming, native yeast fermentation, and minimal intervention, Rippon crafts wines that authentically reflect the schist soils and cool climate of Central Otago, with a focus on Pinot Noir and Riesling.
