TERRA APEIRA

Terra Apeira is the result of a collaboration between three individuals with different connections to wine: oenologist Dimitris Tzakos (Winest), wine enthusiast- wine bar owner Michalis Papatsimpas (Materia Prima), and oenologist Vasiliki Akriotou, owner of Akriotou Microwinery. The project began with the team exploring the vineyards of Plataies in Boeotia, tasting and blending grapes from various Greek varieties and terroirs. The name “Apeira” (meaning “infinite”) reflects the endless diversity of Greek wine regions. The lineup includes white, rosé, and red wines, all sharing a common thread: freshness and a clean, fruit-forward expression of the grape varieties.
