TERROIR AL LÍMIT

Terroir al Límit was founded in the early 2000s by Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie, a renowned winemaker from South Africa, after they met at Mas Martinet in Priorat. With support from the Pérez family, they started small, producing their first wine, Dits del Terra, in 2001. Based in the village of Torroja del Priorat, the winery has become a reference point for wines that express the region’s terroir with elegance and purity. They practice biodynamic farming, ferment with whole clusters, and avoid excessive use of oak, favoring concrete tanks and neutral foudres instead. Their goal is to craft wines that are fresh, refined, and authentic, offering a clear contrast to the heavily extracted, high-alcohol styles that have often defined the region.
