WITTMANN WINERY
Wittmann is a historic winery located in Rheinhessen, Germany, with roots dating back to 1663. The family has been growing grapes for over 350 years, and since 2004, they’ve been practicing biodynamic farming, certified by Demeter.Today, winemaker Philipp Wittmann crafts wines with minimal intervention, focusing on purity, minerality, and expressing the unique character of the terroir. The winery is a member of the VDP (Germany’s top winegrowers association) and is especially known for its exceptional Rieslings from prestigious vineyards like Morstein and Kirchspiel.
